Hi! I’m Taezia, a certified Wedding Planner from QC Career School, and I am bilingual in French and English.
I have been passionate about weddings for over eight years and have always been the trusted planner within my family and friend circles. Weddings are filled with love, joy, and meaningful moments, and being part of such a special day is incredibly rewarding.
After coordinating three of my friends’ weddings in 2025, I was encouraged to finally turn my passion into a profession, as they shared how essential my role was in making their wedding days seamless and stress-free.
I pour my heart into bringing your vision to life, making sure every detail is thoughtfully executed. I am dedicated to creating unforgettable wedding experiences for everyone.
My specialty is Day-Of Coordination, but I also offer full wedding planning services to support you wherever you need it most.

Sarah's experience as a Toronto Bridal Consultant, paired with her college diploma in Interior Decorating, brings a unique blend of industry knowledge and creative vision to Taezia Coordination.
With an eye for timeless design and a talent for bringing thoughtful details together, she helps create celebrations that feel both beautiful and intentional.
Her calm, organized nature and dedication to excellence make her an invaluable part of our coordination team, ensuring every wedding day is executed with care, professionalism, and heart.

Louise
Ever since getting married in 2021, Louise has been passionate about all things weddings.
For 3 years, she worked at a wedding venue. Primarily she managed the venue's Instagram account, showcasing beautiful weddings and connecting with couples online. On occasion, she also assisted behind the scenes on wedding days, helping with decor setup, florals, serving guests, or jumping in wherever was needed, Louise loved being part of bringing each couple's vision to life.
Along the way, Louise has also had the privilege of helping coordinate weddings for friends; from creating DIY decor and organizing timelines to making sure everything ran smoothly on the big day. She thrives on the details, loves a good checklist, and genuinely enjoys creating a stress-free, memorable experience for couples and their loved ones.
She's excited to continue to be part of such meaningful moments in people's lives.
